What is powder coating and how is it different from paint?
Powder coating applies a dry, electrostatically charged powder that is then cured in an oven into a continuous film. Compared with liquid paint it is thicker, harder, more uniform and far more resistant to chipping, corrosion and UV — with no solvents.
What is the largest part you can coat?
Our gas curing oven is 10 × 6.6 × 7.6 ft and our flat-type booth is 8 × 8 × 8 ft, so large industrial panels and long sections are routine. Send dimensions and we'll confirm.
Which colours and textures are available?
A wide range of shades and surface effects — gloss, matt, textured and metallic. Tell us the RAL or sample you need to match.
Can you fabricate and coat in one order?
Yes. Fabrication and powder coating are both in-house, so a part can go from sheet to coated product without leaving our facility.
How quickly can you turn around a job?
It depends on volume and complexity. Share your drawings or photos and quantity and we'll give you a quote with a timeline.
